Established in 1962, Washington Montessori Institute is the first and oldest Association Montessori Internationale (AMI) training center in the United States.

Our mission is to offer a comprehensive course of study for adults that effectively prepares them to lead a community of children in all aspects of development. We invite you to learn more about becoming an AMI trained Montessori teacher.
